4. Payment and Fees

Payment for Services is required in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. EnTexts reserves the right to modify pricing for Services at any time, with or without notice. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Refunds/ Money Back Guarantee: Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
